FWIW - remember that when you work in BIAB you can save patches and harmonies to the midi tracks. When you save the mgu file and "open" it in RB, those patches and saved settings will be on each midi track imported from BIAB. As Scott says, highlight one midi track and click F2 to see which permanent settings are on the track - remove the ones you don't want.
