Unlikely. It''s for an "ISA" slot, seldom found in motherboards past the 386 era. It is a MIDI interface and synth, not a full audio card. It sounded halfway decent, since it was the SC155 module on a card. That was a "GS" synth with many banks of sounds, about like the present GM2 standard.

You could find an old 386 for free and make a useful (if not very modern) synth out of the thing, if you wanted. It doesn't actually need to boot up --. The synth is self-contained, and it's enough just to get some power to its ISA slot to use the thing as an external synth module.

It may actually play OK in your 386 that is "dead", as long as the power supply is not entirely expired.
