Click on the piano part and see if a patch is selected - if not, select one. Most styles have the piano patch already defined. Test this by pressing Play with a chord in your song. If you hear the piano, you are fine.
Make sure your parts are not muted. Also make certain the parts are enabled (Alt F2) with checks in the appropriate boxes. If still not working, try another style.
