Have you tried a Return to Factory Settings, to make sure it isn't a corruption in your BIAB installation? If it still does what you described, I suggest you call Support.

It's good you reported your OS, but I doubt that it's a Windows 7 thing. Just in case, though, are you using 32-bit or 64-bit?
