based on the recurring forum questions about the relationship between RB and BIAB, it would be useful to make a video showing how each is used in the development of a song, and why there is a need for 2 products with similar capabilities but differing strengths.

How about also inviting users to submit various videos that PGM screens (to eliminate redundancy, to categorize and to structure into a meaningful sequence) for inclusion into the "Users' Library" part of the eventual PGM collection of Youtubes? PGM might have invited screeners (maybe from a list of volunteers) to do an initial screening to help save PGM's valuable time in narrowing the videos down considerably (or providing a ranking for PGM's eventual review). Without going an invited route, I could imagine a big onslaught of submitters....which might be troublesome finding the time to review each.
From this thread, I can easily imagine PGM will get a long laundry list of suggested Youtube videos; how about summarizing this list into categories (if possible) and then putting the list back out on the forum for the users to rank in terms of their preferences. The only reason for this is that I suspect the list will be so lengthy that a prioritization would help decide the order for generating the Youtube videos.....and users' inputs are, oftentimes, the best way to go (here included I would think).
Thanks PGM for all that you do....it's definitely appreciated, cchallum

I love all the ideas I've heard so far. I think showing vocalist the power of BIAB is a great idea, I believe most of the instrumentalist get it already. I'd like to see actual clips of musicians using BIAB on gigs. There's a lot of non-biab musicians out there who I run into who are "Still" blown away by what BIAB is capable of. If it wasn't for this program, I wouldn't have been able to make a decent living for the past 10 years.

I hate to throw cold water on this topic because I think the Youtube idea is great. But first I would like to see the Mac version brought up to date with the PC version. I can't imagine getting half way through a tutorial only to find that what is being presented not able to be done because you have the wrong platform.

I have become so tired of the complaining Mac crowd. It's time for a detailed explanation from PG music because the problem is in the corporate closed structure of Mac to begin with. The fact that they even bother is amazing, in that the premise of owning a Mac is you need nothing else, you are a hollywood star and have the same platform as every major studio in the world.
The fact that every few years mac changes the major parts of the code and then leaves developers high and dry is done on purpose by those who run the most closed and proprietary system ever built. Of course the reason they keep changing the hardware and operating system is that some people figure out how to run other software on the Mac and they want a clean start with only their stuff on the system.
I think the Mac Band in a Box forum should have the explanation posted and made a sticky.

Well said John, I get tired of some Mac user saying that their system is better just because it's a Mac but they can't articulate why. I'm not a Mac basher, to each his own. If Apple ever decided to be more open with their developers, there would probably be just as many Mac users as PC's. Again thanks for your thoughts on the subject.
