By a classical definition, you would not add notes, but it's perfectly normal for a jazz player to do so, particularly a ninth. Are we talking MIDI or Real Tracks here? If it's Real Tracks, this is just how the player heard it at the time. Try regenerating repeatedly or choose a different piano Real Track.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
