You can't post a screen shot directly into a forum message. You need to first post the screen shot to a web site or hosting site somewhere (there are free ones), then you link to the URL of the file in your post.
The format for inserting an image into a message is:
(IMAGE)file_location_url(/IMAGE)
except that you need to substitute square brackets "[ ]" where I have parenthesis "( )". The slash before the 2nd IMAGE is also important. I did it that way so it wouldn't actually try to interpret it as an image and you can see the command.
I hope that made sense.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
