I have a midi file (that feeds into the Virtual Sound Canvas) that I have transposed several times, and in the process along the way I have managed to end up with the chords that do not match the music. So I deleted all of the chords, hoping that PTP would then autodetect the chords. But PTP won't do another autodetect at this point. (It probably knows that it still has a list of chords, but it is an empty list.)
Anyway, how can I force PTW to do a chord detect using the midi info? I tried using the audio file info, but some measures have time signature changes, and the result is that my file ends up with wrong time signatures in some measures, and wrong tempos in some measures.
So, how can I force PTW to do a chord detect using the midi info?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
