FWIW, since you like most of the SD2 sounds plus you like your SF2 guitar sounds if I were you I would create your basic song in BiaB then bring that song into a sequencer like RB; that’s what I do. That way you have more than one midi out port so you can run both the SD2 and the SFZ at the same time. I find using a sequencer (I use Sonar but I have played with RB) far easier to do what you want to do than using BiaB.

I believe this would save you a lot of hassle!
