Is this the last chord of the song? Make sure the 'Bar for End of Chorus' number is a few bars beyond. Same for any Tag setting.
Also, the next chord after the held chord must be a different chord. It can be a silent chord, so after C... you could put B. or anything except C.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
