Whoa !! That looks so cool ! I really hope Santa brings that iPad. Maybe a bigger hard drive for the new RealTracks too.  Although it's maybe a little ironic, that the Windows version gets iPad support first. I'm sure the guys are planning something cool for the next Mac version too. I can't wait !! The RealTracks for Windows ends up 70 percent smaller than before. There is a new 'engine' that pulls this off without messing up the audio. In fact the audio is much better...

I read that too, but AFAIK the Mac RealTracks are already in m4a format, which is where I think the Windows version is getting the size reduction from.
I may be wrong about that, but that was my assumption when I read it.
Still looks really cool though !

Holy moly ! I just listened to the new RealTrack demos. John Jorgenson doing Django style jazz sounds amazing, and Brent Mason on the country tracks too !  Wow, I really want to get these ! Does anyone know if these will be available for BB 2010.5, or will they only work with the a newer Mac version when it's released. - Jay

For now it needs the windows 2011 version so it can get to the mothership, because a server side runs on Windows for now.

the reviews on the app store are, so far, not happy with this app. They can review quite harshly, unlike this forum which is hosted by the developer and also is rather mild. What they don't like (and never will swallow) is the need for the Windows version 11. But **** the reviews, it's a good start. I do think a stand alone app like "iRealbook" which is a cool app (Jazz fakebook with BIAB like player) would be a cash cow. This is the NEW thing now, so get WITH IT BABY
