I wanted to order 2011 UltraPack, but there is no e-download available anymore. Last year it was.
I know the files are huge, but I`ve got a superfast internetconnection, so it`s no problem for me.
I live in Austria, Europe and with the shipping and taxes/duties th whole thing will cost me about 240 Dollars, where an edownload will cost me only 139$.
I`m not willing to pay so much more for a hardisc I don`t need. Sorry guys, no e-download, no BIAB 2011 for me.
I was so exited and now...

Sandra, there was someone else earlier today who said he did not get a download link, but then he contacted support and they got him set up.
You will definitely like the new version. And, since the new RealTracks are smaller than before, downloading becomes more of a realistic option than in the past.

Still, 35 gigs is a lot of download. I would very much like to be able to download those files, but I suspect my drive will go out on Monday and I'll have it by Wednesday or Thursday, considering how close I am to Victoria. I may even have it earlier than that.
I'm sure I'll be very happy with the new Real Tracks, since I didn't get the SummerPak.

Seems to solve out now. The problem wasn`t that they didn`t send an edownload - I haven`t even ordered yet, because the shipping methods dropdownlist gives me only one option. And that is "UPS 25 $". but I don`t wnat the HArddisc at all and I would have to pay duty for it. But I can order it without having to use the form but via the live chat or directly via Paypal. So I guess this will do the thing for me.
It`s funny, I wouldn`t have thought of contacting PGMusic directly if John (Conley) didn`t suggest that. In todays internet world you don`t expect a company to help you or answer your emails (especially at the weekend). But I got an email-reply within a few hours. What a great company!
So much looking forward to the new Realtracks - and the MultiRealTrack thingie. My American niece would say: Waaaay cooool!!! As an Austrian I say "Super geil"!!!

Can I take it you can now download the $139 upgrade rather than have it shipped out to you, I live in the UK and have the same problem as you, plus I don't need another USB drive. I emailed Sales at PG Music this morning, but not had a reply yet, perhaps they don't work Sundays.

Thanks John, everything is sorted out, I am now downloading the UltraPlusPak, and I have to thank Alyssa who emailed me with instructions to phone to place that special order, however phoning the toll free number from the UK didn't seem to work, so I tried the Live Help, and it was Alyssa who then sorted it all out in no time at all.
So a big thank you to PG Music for making the process very easy, Five Star Service!!!

Im also from the uk and find the cost of ordering the hd a pain not with PG but customs.Ive previously tried to install from dvds but had real problems and I didnt even consider d/loading.Receiving the hd direct worked out great last time so thats what Ive done this time.Frankie

Sandra, If you're just getting e-delivery why not go with the Special 2011 PlusPAK at $99.00. Don't you have 10.5 already? Peter and company, if any of you would happen to drop in on this thread, please ignore John Conley. He's starting to sound just like my wife. I only have a few hundred realtracks, and while it's true enough that at age 67 I'll never get to all the possibilities of what I have, that's just not the point. Or at least, I don't think it's the point. Well I guess it could be the point but it's not my point. Or least I don't think it is. Oh, and by the way, while you're here, I have a question for you. How much do you all sleep at night? I would think four hours of sleep a night should be enough for anyone, don't you? I say it's all about focus and staying concentrated on the task at hand. Do you realize how many more realtracks you could get out the door if you went to an eighty hour workweek??? And what about me? How much sleep to you figure I loose because of my shortage of realtracks. Well ok, the answer is none but again, that's not the point. Well, it's not my point anyway. Realtracks! Realtracks! Realtracks! Must have more Realtracks!

I won't let anyone ignore me. I've been stuck in the house way too much. I do get out a few times a week now, tonight the wife and I were playing christmas stuff along with band in a box with the Bose and my keyboard, a baritone horn and a flute. The daughter was to be the roadie.
But we got 70 cm of snow so far, and 30 to 50 more to come, that's in US talk 3 plus feet or over a metre of friggin snow. This happens once in a while, a north west wind comes from the top of Lake Huron and picks up moisture and we get a 'streamer'. No snow 40 km either side of us, just here and north of Toronto. So, Gig canceled.
We do play the Tuba Christmas on Wednesday, and an annual party next Wednesday.

With Band-in-a-Box® 2026, we've released 202 incredible new RealTracks (in sets 468-488) in a variety of genres—featuring your most requested styles!
Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums. Blues lovers will be thrilled—there are more “classic acoustic blues” styles, including guitar (5), bass (4), and drums (10) with blues master Colin Linden, featuring understated and tasty background acoustic soloing, plus brushes drums and acoustic bass. There are also new electric blues RealTracks, including electric blues with PG favorite Johnny Hiland (3) and soulful electric slide guitar from Colin Linden (4). There is also a potpourri (14) of bouzouki, guitars, banjo, and more, perfect for adding texture and character to contemporary acoustic arrangements. We’ve added funky country guitar (5) with PG favorite Brent Mason, along with classic pedal steel styles (5) featuring steel great Doug Jernigan. There are more country songwriter styles (8) that provide intimate, rootsy foundations for storytelling and modern Americana writing.
