The way I see it is if you have Ultra plus 2010.5 you can get an update DVD for $99. This will update the programs and give you the added RTs that just came out. You'll have everything you need. You get the bonus 10 pak. For $25 you'd get the Bonus 20 pak. It has more educational things. The Rts etc that are in it are redundant for you.
If you have Ultra 2010 then you'll need to get the HD version for $139.
Either way if it was me I'd get the HD version as it's a complete new version and not just an update. Worth the extra $40.
