Peter,
I have the 2010 Everything pack with hard drive. I also did the free 2010.5 download. If I up-grade to 2011, $99.00, what do I get? Another HD with Everything on it or The Upgrade on DVD's? Still got a lot of room on the original HD. By the way, my daughter is the one who up-grades this for me every year, and she may have already made the purchase, a Santa special. I need to know because I want the Brent Mason styles also. By the way, you did good by adding his styles. I've been a fan on his for years. Thanks. David

You'll have to call. The 2001.5 programs were free however there were also a bunch of RTs that came out at this time that were not free.If you didn't buy them I don't think you will qualify for the $99 upgrade.Call
This is what it says:
**Requires 2010.5
UltraPlusPAK or EverythingPAK
with 101 RealTracks
You have 2010.5 but if you didn't buy the RTs last June you don't have 101 RTs

I'm not Peter, but my understanding is the $99.00 upgrade does not have a hard drive. It's e-delivery with an option to pay shipping for the DVD. The hard drive version for upgrading from 2010 is $139.00. http://www.pgmusic.com/bbwin.packages.htmLater, Jim

I may be mistaken, but, If you pick the $99.00 up grade button, it states that if you have 2010 then you get 101 Real Tracks plus the 101 Real tracks from 2010.5. I think that's a very good deal.

The 2010.5 came two ways, you could download the free program upgrade, or you couple purchase the full upgrade with the new RTs. If you did the freebie, then you have to purchase the $139 deal which will give you the new RTs and the one offered in the 2010.5 upgrade. If you purchased in the 2010.5 you already have the first set and the $99 deal gets you the latest ones.

I think I got a tin of sardines packed in mustard with the Everything Pak but I'm probably wrong again. It said Norwegian sardines on the box but they were probably American.

This was my exact situation. I downloaded the 2010.5 BIAB but did not buy the RT. As the upgrade matrix was not crystal clear on this I checked last Saturday with PG and they confirmed I was not eligible for the $99. So I popped for $139.

- with 2010.5 (July 2010) we released 101 new RealTracks as well, so if you're upgrading from 2010 to 2011 UltraPak or EverythingPak, that will be 101+101=202 new RealTracks
This is where I am confused..The last part of the statement (so if....) says I will get it all. However, I will do what it takes to "get it all".

Not really confusing.
2010.5 came out with 101 new Real Tracks, if you got it you got those.
2011 came out with 101 new Real Tracks, if you didn't get the .5 version 101 + 101 = 202
If you did get the summer update then there are just 101 new ones.
Normally updates are 'stand' alone. Means everything is on the update, not just the new stuff.
If I'm wrong I stand to be corrected but wait until I find my cane, I don't stand for long some days.

Don't stress out. Buy the $139 HD version. You'll have everything and you can save the old version. Nice little drive for $40

It is simple. The 2010.5 came two ways. as a free upgrade without the 101 new RTs, and as a paid upgrade with the new 101 RTs. If you paid in the summer for 2010.5, you upgrade here for $99 If you downloaded the free 2010.5 without the RTs you pay $139.
The 2011 come with another 101 new realtracks. that make a total of 202 since 2010.
