Ah it's only -7C or about 25F. Cold is -45 which is about the same in both C or F. I lived where it was that cold for 3 months at least, and we had to shovel off the roof, UP!

Every Canuck knows how:

1. To walk Backwards.
2. With the hands over the ears despite the hat.
3. At a run with the wind on your back.
4. With your skates banging your chest.

And it never mattered that the rink was outside, the wind was not a factor when you were playing hockey. And, when you took off the skates and got inside those feet hurt when they thaw out. As a kid there was a shack with a pot bellied stove and you went in there every 30 minutes to warm up while some guys shoveled off the rink, and some dude flooded it with a machine like a huge powered lawnmower that you walked behind.

The problem with out current snowstorm, is it's going to be tomorrow before it lets up, and there is more coming on the weekend.

I like it because my wife is stuck at home with me, otherwise I'm alone.
