It sounds like you have a different BIAB hard drive than mine. Mine has a standard size USB cable
that is permanently attached that is powered from the computer.
In any case any replacement cable should work. I have 3 other portable hard drives
that are powered by a mini USB cable. If that is what you drive takes I would suggest
getting a cable with 2 USB plugs at the computer side as some drives may require more
power than the one plug can supply.
If you are talking about an actual power adapter make sure it is the correct DC volts AND the correct polarity, meaning + or - tip.
