Hi folks, As my finances don't stretch to doing the full upgrade this year I am thinking of just buying the Brent Mason soloist realtrack for $29. Will it play ok in my biab ultra pak 2010 and also what is the download size approx? Thanks for your advice.

No, you have to buy the upgrade to 2011.

No, the new RealTracks will only work with BB 2011.

Thanks very much folks for your replies, well that rules that out then.
Actually my main biab is 2010.5 as I had done the program update when PG released it.
Just a little curious as to why the latest realtracks wouldn't work in 2010.5, is it because of the smaller realtrack size and that they are handled differently by biab 2011?

It's because the new time/pitch stretching engine requires fewer files to achieve good sound (that's how the size reduction is achieved). The BB2010.5 version requires additional files that aren't there anymore with the new RealTracks.
In BB2010.5, you could only change pitch or tempo so far before you started hearing artifacts. The new engine allows you to stretch much further without artifacts. So they reduced the number of RealTracks files required for the program to run.
