so are you saying that if we only have 1.36G on the USB drive (like several of us seem to have) then we need another download file that we didn't get and that we should contact PG support for this download?

If I'm reading all of the post correctly, it looks like the people that did the $99 upgrade are the ones having the realtracks_shots_holds_2011_1.exe and/or realtracks_shots_holds_2011_2.exe. That would make sense when compared to the usb drive versions that are ready to run. I'm guessing PG Music already has the shots/holds files updated on the usb drives but can't do that on the download / dvd versions.

Hello,
The files are installed to the \bb\RealTracks\Library\ folder.
Download files:
realtracks_shots_holds_2011_1.exe - This installs all shots and holds files released up to 2010.5 (summer 2010). Holds_1 to Holds_138
realtracks_shots_holds_2011_2.exe - This installs all new shots and holds files released with BB2011. Holds_139 to Holds_173.
DVD files:
RealTracks_Shots.exe - This installs all shots and holds.
People ordering the PlusPAK upgrade from 2010.5 already have Shots 1 to 138. People may have different numbers of files due to presence/absence of +/- files, and wave/wma files. We're not aware of any problems with the shots installation.

Thanks Andrew. It now appears that I didn't really need _1 file as I already had those files. It also appears that Sandra and other folks upgrading from a year back would need it.
