Hallo,
1. Mein BIAB - MIDI wird in Cubase nicht als Audio weiter verarbeitet. Warum???
2. Veränderte BIAB Midispuren (VST_Instrumente) in Cubase werden zwar in Cubase abgespielt, aber nicht im Midi umgewandelt. Warum???

Midi ist Midi - warum sollte es als Audio weiterverarbeitet werden? Hier ist eine detaillierte Schilderung des Problems erforderlich.
Es sollte gar keine Rolle spielen, ob die Midi-Infos nun aus BiaB kamen, oder sonst wie in Cubase erstellt wurden.

Midi ist Midi - was heißt denn hier 'im Midi umgewandelt'? -> siehe oben.

Es geht darum einen Song in BIAB zu erstellen. Danach wird er als Midi abgepeichert.
Ich öffne mein Notenschreibprogramm und schreibe einen Song oder Nebenstimmen und speichere auch diese als Midi ab.
Unter Cubase wird nun alles geladen... das MIDI aus BIAB und mein MIDI aus dem Notenschreibprogramm.
Nun möchte ich meinen Noten ein anderes Instrument zuordnen: z.B. ein Piano von VST Instrumenten der Cubase-Datenbank und ich will einer MIDI - Spur von BIAB z.B. der Solospur einen anderen Sound z.B. Hamond B3 von Cubase VST-Datenbank übertragen. Das alles spielt mir Cubase ab und funktioniert toll. Nur wenn ich die Daten jetzt als gesamte MIDI-Datei abspeichern will, höre ich im gesamten Midi nun die alten BIAB - Klänge
Wenn ich das ganze nun als Audio-Datei exportieren möchte, wird nur die einzelne Midi-Spur, die ich durch das Notenprogramm eingegeben und VST INstrument zugeordnet habe exportiert. Nicht aber die BIAB -Midi-Spuren.
Warum so umständlich??? Weil ich mehrere Spuren selber noch zu den Styles komponieren möchte. z.B. Bläser - Riffs, die ich später unter Cubase mit Brass-Klängen aus der VST-Instrumentendatenbank belege, oder gute Gitarrenklänge ect.
Das ist das Problem!!!

Also das klingt sehr nach einem Fall für das Cubase User Forum, nicht wahr? Ich empfehle an dieser Stelle einmal das exzellente Produkt RealBand von PGMusic näher in Augenschein zu nehmen. Dieser Sequenzer bzw. diese Kompositionshilfe ist auf eine Kooperation mit BiaB optimiert. RealBand eliminiert die oben genannten Probleme voraussichtlich ohne Probleme.
Cubase könnte in einigen Fällen weiterhin sinnvoll sein -> RealBand unterstützt zurzeit keine Notation in 'komplexeren' Taktarten, wie etwa 5/4.

ich arbeite auch mit Cubase, ähnlich wie Du.
Bei mir funktioniert das alles.
Zusätzlich benutze ich RealBand für die Hauptarbeit und die RealTrack-Solos (Tolles Programm).
Cubase verwende ich dann um den einzelnen Stimmen VST-Instrumente (Halion,BandStand,The Grand usw) zu zu weisen, Hall, Panorama und mache dort auch den entgültigen Mix-Down.

Hallo Thorsten, Helmuts Hinweis zeigt, wie es gehen sollte. Das müsste mit der Kombi aus BiaB, RealBand und Cubase sowie einigen VST-Instrumenten eigentlich problemlos auch bei Dir funktionieren. Aber Cubase ist ja nicht gleich Cubase, da gibt es zahlreiche Varianten, auch in der Funktion abgespeckte, und nicht alle können alles. Auch verstehe ich eins nicht: Antwort auf:

Wenn Du alle Spuren als gesamte Midi-Datei speicherst, dann hörst Du selbstverständlich wieder nur die BiaB-Klänge (nämlich Midi-Klänge). Midi bleibt eben Midi.
Die zugewiesenen VST-Klänge spielt Cubase ja nur live auf der entsprechenden Midi-Spur ab. Das geladene und eingeschleifte VST-Instrument dient ja nur als temporärer Klangerzeuger und ist - ebenso wie die VST-Effekte - nur beim Abpielen zu hören.
Du musst also anstelle des Midi-Speicherns einen Downmix machen und die gewünschten Midi-Spuren dabei in Audiospuren wandeln. Das geht auch Spurweise, also z.B. nur die Biab-Spuren oder nur die Spuren des Notationsprogramms (Ich nehme an Finale). RealBand macht ja auch nix anderes, wenn es BiaB-Spuren in RealTracks-Audio-Spuren umwandelt. Die sind dann natürlich nicht mehr so flexibel editierbar wie Midi-Spuren, das ist halt der Nachteil. Darfste also erst machen, wenn alles so ist, wie Du es haben willst.

Ralf hat recht,
in einer MIDI-Datei werden nur Befehle abgespeichert und keine Audio-Klänge.
Wenn Du eine Mididatei abspielst werden werden die Klänge des Soundgenerators zu hören sein, den Du benutzt.
Wenn Du die Klänge, die Du in Cubase eingestellt hast hören willst, ist es erforderlich, das Du in Cubase ein MixDown in eine Audio-Datei machst. Diese Audio-Datei kann man dann zB. mit dem Windows Mediaplayer anhören.
