Has anyone without the iphone/pad/touch been able to render an mp4 or m4a? I went through the steps, started the server, there was a message after that the file was done, but it's a .wav file.
To be honest I'm trying to open the 'apple' file and see what is in the tags section...but I can't seem to make one. I have selected it in the DAW drop down setting, and drag and drop just makes me a .wav file even though it is set to M4A in the drop down menu for the DAW plugin setting.
Win7, current version of Band in a Box...
I also tried saving my band in a box in the 2go folder, started the Server app under the Windows tab and rendered the thing there, but I still can't get an mp4.
Just a curious thing....

Hi John,
I also had that problem and was told by Peter Gannon that I needed the latest version of Apple Quicktime to make the MP4.
After I installed the latest version all was well I could make MP4 files in my BB2GO folder.

My mailman just arrived with the new version, and after reading a few pages, I now know what the above comments were about, altho I haven't installed anything yet so I don't know if mine works fine or not...
but I do have the new version of Quicktime installed on my PC...
