There is an Aud Rev button on the toolbar that allows you to set the default reverb. Or right click on the Combo button see the option 'Set Current Mix as default'.
If you already have songs and wish to change them, there is a new File Utility that will change all songs in a folder to the default mix. You set your values using the spinners and run the utility.
See if one of those does what you want.
