Yes, thanks Rachael, it does look as though I might have to customize my RealStyles so that I have a number of rhythm sections for each of the jazz styles I need. I just thought that, since PG Music has already done this, it would be nice to have these without the soloists attached. There are a lot more subtleties in the different jazz styles "Jazz RealStyles" than maybe some people realise and I need them all!

The "Classic" RealStyles were a great idea that saved me a lot of time. I remember Peter telling me that is exactly why they were introduced. Even so, I never thought the list was as comprehensive as it could be.

The fact remains that the subheadings within "Classic" RealStyles have disappeared in BB2011 and that creates a problem for me. BB is a working tool for me and I want to be able to do things quickly - most of the time.

However, I think I may have solved my problem. I have discovered you can start with the major list of "Classic RealStyles (the one that no longer has subheadings) and use the Filter button to create your own list of suitable jazz styles. I just need to work out exactly how to get both swing and even jazz styles in the same list. BTW, I still think it is not a comprehensive list of the styles that PG has already created in "Jazz RealStyles" - but with soloists attached.

I think I really prefer the subheadings that used to exist in the BB2010.5 "Classic" RealStyles. Of course, I also want all the rhythm sections that have been created for "Jazz RealStyles" but with the soloists detached.

Call it a suggestion, if you like. Or perhaps there is another way around it?
