If you are all on the same network, you need to have a unique address. Sounds like DHCP isn't working properly. I'd reboot the router and then after it comes back up manually try to update the addresses by going to a command prompt and issuing the commands:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Then check if all is well.
