I am assuming the output to the PA will come from the headphone output on the iPhone or the iPad and that the device will simply play back a single stereo mix of the BIAB tune, one that would not change each time you hit the play button, frozen if you will. The output coming from the original PC unit?

On non-Realtrack parts what midi synth is used when playing back on iPhone?

Can # of choruses be changed on the fly? What about the use of a USB pedal?

Be interested in what it is like using these devices. I am particularly interested in the iPad in a gig environment.

Will the notation be displayed using the iPad? iPhone?

Thanks in advance.

There's no usb on those devices.

The midi synth is the one on the PC/softsyth unless you are going to get very convoluted.

Does not display a lead sheet per se with melody, only chord changes.

That's the functionality for now.

You can enter chords in some 'establishment' where there is a connection to your server on your mother ship at home and choose a style (I expect the no of verses too), and have the home unit make the file in m4a format (I'm kinda certain on the file extension) and then transmit the finished product to your i compatible device.

I cannot speak for pgmusic, however I suspect given the development environments available and in the works we can expect to see an expansion of this and other end user solutions.

There is a video to watch, go to the main page and have a look.
