The ending should not cut out at all. Your post does not describe the circumstances surrounding the problem. Try Rendering it to a WAV and see if the WAV is truncated. If not, it is in the MP3 encoding process. Some mp3 encoders have options that, if incorrectly set, could cause the problem.
BIAB has an option to add silence to either end of the song when Rendering.
