Does anyone know if there is any way to manually enter parameters directly instead of having to use the tiny sliders in the Nectar interface? In Reaper, for example, I prefer to right-click on sliders and knobs and then type in a numeric value to allow for more precision. But, in Nectar I have not been able to figure out how to do that. I did figure out two work-arounds that are useful.
1) if you hold down shift or ctrl while clicking a slider in a module (and in some other places) you get a white focus box around the slider that allows you to use the up/down arrow keys to adjust the slider position
2) if you save your settings as a preset you can open the presets XML file and *carefully* edit parameters directly. the Nectar 4 preset files you create are located here on Windows, C:\Users\[username]\Documents\iZotope\Nectar\User Presets\Global Presets\
The overall view of Nectar is that you have a ton of useful presets. With the Advanced (or Pro depending…) version you can go behind the curtain and tweak to your heart's content.
Here are all the Current iZotope Product Manuals & Documentation. Unfortunately, iZotope manuals often gloss over the details on exactly how to perform a particular task but these are better than nothing.

I'm pretty familiar with Nectar...used it for several versions and I have the latest version 4 Advanced. I've perused the manual and did not see anything but perhaps I've missed it over the years.
Do you know if there is any way I can enter values directly rather than depend on their tiny scrollbars (other than the 2 work-arounds I mentioned)?
Edit: I'm not sure if his video is still there, but IIRC it was mouse-click the value then slide the mouse up / down to change it.

Hmm, I must be missing your point! I already know how to use a mouse to adjust a slider! I'm talking about sliders that do not display any value, just a slider.

Yep, I think I was working from a different page (maybe a different planet ). Try to ignore all of my ramblings. When I attempted just now, I couldn't get a successful outcome either...

Aside from satisfying my OCD tendencies, it's rarely ever necessary to have faders or knobs set to 3.24 as opposed to 3.0 or as is my favorite nit to pick, 0.0dB or dead center on panning.
You can find my music at: www.herbhartley.com Add nothing that adds nothing to the music. You can make excuses or you can make progress but not both.
The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.

All you need to do for setting a numeric value for the sliders in your example is double click on the mix text in the icon under the mix slider and it will allow you to enter the value you would like. Hope this helps.
