... it really helps to bounce the issues here. ...the user base has thousands. Many times, we find solutions that you may not have thought of that will help you to work until PGM works things out. Another reason for posting problems is that often what one of us thinks is a bug is a glitch in our personal setup. That can cause PGM to chase ghosts and waste time hunting a problem that does not exist globally.
These are just suggestions. You can choose to ignore or not up to you. Hi Mr Helms, you make good points - I just havent got the time - or frankly - inclination right now - given my mood wrt BIAB and PG - to repost all the material here. But what I will say its my guess that quite a few of the beta testers would very likely be also lurking - nay even commenting - on the BB user forums maybe even this one. And just maybe - if they happened to be here they might just want to visit one of the off limits beta forums - where they will see clearly all of my past bug reports - already pretty well documented - with instructions as to replicability, screen shots by the gazillion etc etc. They are welcome to make comments or requests to me there - as to replicability and I'll be glad to help. But not here. Time I'm afraid simply doesnt allow me to copiously cut and paste all the info I shared there here. And it goes without saying that if any PG developer DOES need more input from me as to replicability - they - or a PG rep - are welcome to just reply to my bug reports and I'll do my utmost to help them. Once I see any of those reports actually getting evidence of having been attended to by PG staff.

I am not a BETA but on what looks to be same system m4ProMini. I don't seem to be having issues but I am not using it for serious stuff, just woodshedding. I would be intirued to know how you're using it.
When the DAW first came along I quite liked it, but more recent iterations I am not so fond of. So I have gone back to using BIAB and the dragging what I need across to Logic.

Build 903 was posted in the pre-release forum in early Feb. Hopefully it addresses many of the issues you reported. If not, post a bug report in that forum as a new thread.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
