Marty, Nice one! Excellent message which I can absolutely relate to Ace vocals! Everything sounds better when Dave takes guitar - very cool opening. "There's no time for confessions if you've gotta stand in line." good one. Mix is very clean, sounds great on my AKGs. Neat video too. Thank you for sharing, Misha.

Howdy Marty....
I agree with other comments.
This is a good write. Good mix and well performed. Some damn fine axe playing too by Dave.
Well done! Howdy, Chulaivet! Thanks for stopping by and your comments, Wayne. Just had a 2nd listen - still sounds fantastic! Haha. That's cool, Al. I almost always circle back to your songs too. Marty, A good write. A BUNCH of good lines... "There's no time like the present to present the lack of time. Ya gotta get up early on Saturday just to not fall behind." ....knock me over. This is the BabuMusic signature sound. That vocal that speaks-to-the-listener. That Buttery Bass keeping a solid rhythm. That BlueAttitude guitar lifting it higher. Good video. Good mix. A song to listen to while driving (put it on your list! ) fj Thanks so much, Floyd. You, sir, fill out my driving song list just fine. I had forgotten about this little gem, it was a while ago that I did the guitar for it I think.
Excellent song, so well written as per usual!
Thanks to everyone that mentioned my part, it was a fun song to play on. Thanks for everything, Dave. Yeah, I have 4 or 5 songs ready to flood this forum.

Marty,
That was some fine songwriting and musicianship by both you and Dave! You always produce highly entertaining music and I enjoyed it all the way through! You and Dave make such a great team!
Thanks, Torrey Thanks, Torrey. That's high praise coming from one of the true masters. Good one Marty! Excellent lines and I agree...there isn't enough time to do it all! Well, thanks for taking the time to listen and comment, Dewey. It means a lot --even more just for that reason. Marty & Dave,
This is excellent. Love the message, vocal and whole package!
Bob Thanks so much, Bob. Marty, you had me from "I love David Snyder." No man, just kidding. Ha ha. Really, this is blues at its best and you guys are the blues champs in my book. But, come to think of it, there are a lot of blues champs on this forum. ANYWAY, you guys are AMONG the elite crowd of blues champs both here and on the Internet in general. I love this stuff man. You have rocketed into My Favorite Humans book, David. For so many reasons. Thanks, and I DO love ya, man.

Okay, the pet rock line was worth the price of admission! I have to admit that being retired, I have plenty of free time and so I had to imagine my life a few years back to get into the gist of your song. You always write a good lyric and this was another fine one. The vocal was excellent, too, and Dave's guitar was icing. And of course, your bass work is nonpareil. You seem to be able to turn out great work, one right after the other. Wish I could do that. Keep it up, bassmeister!

Found this one a bit late...and I like it. A lot.
Great blues with cool lyrics we all can relate to, and you've got a really good guitar player for your song.
It has a great vibe, and yes, as others already said, perfect for driving your car.

Hi BabuMusic,
Nice orchestration and very pleasant atmosphere. The mix is well done. Ozone lends itself wonderfully well. I appreciated.
Kindly regard Derochette alais JaniJackFlash Thanks, Derochette! I appreciate you mentioning the musical atmosphere. You are so polished in that arena. Firstly with J&B a good shuffle is tough to beat! “It's hard to get things done when there's no time. “ And yet it seems like we have more time to do things BUT the time is going by too quickly to do them. (Bud here: I'll credit Janice with that Zen like contradiction!) We like how your lyric addresses the issues of our lack of and inevitability of time. Excellent vocal, smooth bass (Bud says he wants to play like that when he grows up), Dave’s nice, fat tone on his guitar and a great choice of BiaB band mates. How did you find the time to make that video? As always cool imagery supports the lyric and that's what it's all about! Very timely indeed! J&B Thanks you guys!! Bud, I hear no contradiction in Janice's sage words. And don't ever grow up, Bud. We wouldn't recognize you. Janice, our granddaughter has a mountain bike and she wants to grow up to be just like you. A great singer who knows the fun of flying.. Hello, Misha, and thanks for your kind comment. Sounds like you're having fun here. That helps a song along.
Vic Clever lyrics, Marty. Sounds like you had fun with this.
Vic Thanks, Vic. So much appreciated. Music is the funnest thing.

Speaking of no time... I'm super-late on getting on the train for this song! Starts out with a rocking guitar, so I checked which RealTrack you used to get it to sound so good... and of course, it's Dave Bell. That explains it! Only then did I read the notes. Fun listen!
