Carolyne,

Well and truly up to your usual high standard.

Very smooth, loved the vibes, which fitted so perfectly.

Great delivery.

Thanks for sharing

Lovely Carolyn. I enjoy your smooth jazz very much and the lower registers on your voice are very sweet.

My thoughts exactly!

Carolyne, am I correct in thinking that you have performed before a live audience or two in your time? There is a sultry lounge presence that comes through in all of your songs.. and this one is particularly full of that vibe!

Awesome song, excellent arrangement and Lovely vocals! Thanks for posting!

Thanks, Pat and to everyone for their positive input. Yes, I am a professional singer, in that I have been paid to sing, performing in small clubs (which I love), and was on the hotel and country club circuits with various bands throughout the San Francisco Bay area for more than thirty years, before semi-retiring.

I sang what and how bandleaders told me, one to whom I was married, with little input to what I wanted. But, PG Music has brought another dimension to my performing. It has literally allowed me to find my own voice. I have discovered that in addition to singing, I can write songs. And while I'm a terrible pianist, unable to accompany myself to my liking, I know how to, at a minimum, voice chords in a manner that compliment my voice and style. That is what I think you hear.

I make little to no money from the songs I write and record through BIAB, but what I gain intrinsically would make a MasterCard commercial because it's” priceless”!

Thanks for listening.
-Carolyne

Very nice, indeed!

Love a nice jazz ballad, and that's what I think you have here.

Lounge jazz, love it and you did it more than justice! I could listen to you singing this genre for hours.

Great vocal with a super backing track.

This is a keeper.

Interesting as after playing what other people wanted, I was in wedding bands for years, I am also using BiaB to play what I want to play. BiaB is one fantastic piece of software!

Very nice work.

You can post covers when you do it the way you did.... totally legal.

You should be making money from this kind of music....so I'm PM'ing you something you may be interesting in.

Good job.

Hi Carolyne,

Although Jazz is not our cup of tea, we admire the way you sing this one.
Beautiful!

Thanks Rob and Anne-Marie for listening. Jazz has many forms. I will say that while I love classifying myself as a jazz singer, I have a number of jazz singer friends that would beg to differ. It's all about what appeals to one's ears. Hugs.
