Например,мне надо заглушить мелодию с 10 по 28-ой такт,а с 1-го по 10-й оставить.И так далее.Мелодия импортирована из миди файла.

В Band-in-a-Box 2008 это можно сделать с помощью диалога редактирования настроек для текущего такта
(Правка - Настройки для текущего такта, либо пункт "Настр. такта" меню, вызываемого щелчком правой кнопкой мыши на нужном такте), выбрав вариант "Загл." в поле "Мелодия" группы полей "Изм. ур. громк." области "Соб. см. инстр.".
Если у Вас более ранняя версия программы, то это можно сделать с помощью нотации (в режиме редактируемой нотации), задав для каждой ноты в тех тактах, где нужно заглушить мелодию, значение параметра "Динамика", равное 0.
