The Activities Director will play my mp3s from her cell phone though the PA system like she does the bingo.
Unfortunately, it will not be live streamed as originally announced. Perhaps she can record the audio if anyone wants to hear it.

Sounds like a nice tribute. MP3 through the PA isn’t the lowest fidelity out there; it should sound pretty good if she can wire it in. Have fun, Don.
ps I hope they play my stuff someday when I’m in a similar living situation. I’ve heard my songs on TV, on satellite radio, on hold on the phone, and I’m still waiting for an elevator!

Cell phone to cheap microphone to even cheaper portable no-name PA amp will be stellar, Matt.
I truly feel honored to perform for the other patients.
My greatest thrill was to hear myself over the PA while at the VA in Tulsa. The nurses conspired to arrange that.

tell me about these two recordings when were they made, and how, they are very nice. Rob, It dates back before my stroke in 2001 and recorded in a spare, very reflective bedroom. The mic was a $2 computer stick mic. Glad you enjoyed my efforts.
