Hola Carlos, Hace unos dias tuve que reiniciar mi Band in a Box debido a un problema con un controlador de mi teclado USB y, desde ese momento, el sintetizador por defecto, Coyote, no quiere reproducir mis canciones con pistas MIDI. Los realtracks y realdrums si funcionan perfectamente, pero todos los instrumentos en color amarillo estan silenciados.
¿Debería llevar a BIAB a sus valores por defecto? ¿o que debería revisar antes? Gracias anticipadas Carlos y a todos en el foro por alguna solución al respecto.
Muy probablemente no necesitaras retornar a los "valores de fábrica" si sigues estas indicaciones:
Lo primero que debemos verificar es que el uso de sintetizadores VSTi o DX se encuentre activo en Band-in-a-Box.
Una de las acciones a tomar si el sintetizador VSTi o DX no emiten sonido alguno, es verificar que el recuadro o casilla "Use VSTi/DXi Synth" se encuentre activa.
Para ello accederemos al menú "OPCIONES" (OPTIONS)/ MIDI/Audio Drivers Setup, donde encontraremos dicho recuadro.

Otros detalles a revisar es que la instalación de tus sintetizadores tanto el Coyote como el Sforzando y plugins de terceros, se encuentren actualizados y correctamente instalados.
Es importante "informar" a Band-in-a-Box de la localización de la carpeta por defecto que tu sistema usa para los plugins VST. Para ellos accederemos al menú de íconos FILE/Plugins y alli indicaremos al programa la ubicacion de las carpetas respectivas donde se encuentran nuestros plugins.
Si escogemos la opción de escanear carpetas de plugins, Band-in-a-Box se encargará de escanear dichas carpetas en búsqueda de los plugins existentes para agregarlos a la lista y hacerlos disponibles dentro del programa.
