I can see the animated fretboard and the notes go by on the midi staff but are there chord sheets anywhere? I feel overwhelmed at the first lesson. Is there a visual reference? I've switched between notation and text/graphics but don't see anything.

Hello doogiet, To clarify, are you asking if there are separate chord sheets in the program like there is in Band-in-a-Box? Or do you mean more like a sheet you can print out for your own visual reference? I made it to the first lesson and was overwhelmed by all the chords. I scoured the app for typical guitar fretboard chords (the six horizontal lines with the dots) to print out as a reference but didn’t find any and gave up. Are they not in the program?
Should I just move on to the next lesson?

doogiet, Run an internet search using the terms, "guitar chord tab pdf file", and you will discover pages upon pages of links to pdf files. PG Music has the +++ Guitar Chord Dictionary +++ for $19 US. Brick and mortar music stores typically offer guitar chord books. I've seen some that are pocket sized as well as some that are sized like sheet music. If you get one, spiral bound is nice as the pages lay flat on a table. Finally, yard sales, flea markets, Goodwill and used book stores are great places to find music books for pennies on the dollar. My local library has a deal where you can buy a bag of books for $1 US and they will even supply the bag!
