Hi Folks.
This is a short one.  Before coming to BIAB world I utilized MIDI for most of my tunes, so this was a good exercise. Initial arrangement is still done on BIAB including a couple of RTs. All comments are welcomed and thank you for giving this time.

Now that's my kind of groove, really 80s, really Billy Idol ;-)

Highly enjoyable!

What a cool groove Misha. Super vocal and just loved the drums. Loved how they bounced around the monitors. Really cool production, mix and master. Well done

Funky groove. Great stereo sound from my headphones - especially the drums.

Fun vocals, as always.

Very cool! smile

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Misha,

Now that's one funky vibe you have going on with this one . . . the mix sounds great to me--crisp and vibrant. Love your BGVs on this; perfectly layered in. Cool stuff!

All my best to you,

Deej

Man, you are one of my favorite lyricist, Misha. I could've quoted the whole song, but the opening lines grab the listeners so well, and the whole story needs to be repeated several times and each one the meaning can be somewhat different. Brilliant. Your vocals are so expressive and the mix is always filled with so many interesting twists and additions. Everything in there begs for replay. Music moguls like that.

Enjoy whatever happens!

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.

You and RKC are the poets of the forum, always delivering great, thought-provoking lyrics. Yeah, this was short but it made its point. Well done.

Misha what a super groove you have going on here.

Outstanding stereo panning!

Super vocal and lyrics.

Great band - outstanding rhythm section - brilliant work!

Loved it.

Hi Misha

My only quibble is that it is, as you say, a short one. Was enjoying it very much and would have been quite happy for it to keep going. Great groove and mix. While I don't normally like to play favourites, I'm compelled to say you're my favourite lyricist on this forum. Your wordplay is never less than inventive and frequently surprising. Great work.

Regards,
Leon

Ray said it well: “reggae dystopia.” smile

Your description of reality tv is downright elegant, Misha.

All is super: lyric, band, vocals, mix. It has a really big sound but with sparse instrumentation.
How you do that is remarkable.

And also remarkable is how you can write lyrics for which there is NEVER. A. SINGLE. WEAK. LINE!

Way cool!

Misha,
I could dance to that... because the lyrics feed the mind as the feet bounce.
Very skilful production and, of course, the Rustyspoon vibe to captivate.
Cool, very cool!
