I have my song (32 bars), pasted again for 64 (I couldn't figure how to make a 1st/2nd ending with different chords in each), set to 1x chorus, but on playback it repeats over and over (including the 2-bars click-in)
How can I set it to only play once?
And if there's any help on making 1st/2nd ending properly, I would love a link to a video
The absolute best way to handle this is to UNFOLD the chorus. EDIT>SONG FORM> UNFOLD ( I believe that's the navigation )
This puts the song in a linear form and you can edit the bars to do whatever you want. It simply plays straight through from bar one to the end with no repeats. I believe you can use up to 255 bars but the average song is less than half that amount.
This is, by the way, the ONLY way I work on songs. No guessing which repeat you are in. You see plainly where you are and can jump in to any point in the song.

The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.
Many users unfold, but don't take that as an indication that this is the only way to work effectively with the program. If you need to print a score it may be several pages long if you unfold, but only one or two pages if you use repeats. I rarely (if ever) unfold.
So, knowing the different options that are available, experiment and use what works best for you and best for each song.
