Hola soy Vicente, uso el bbbox desde el 2019 sin editar nada, ahora que he intentado arreglar y editar la melodía de alguna partitura no encuentro el modo de ligar notas que trascienden de compas.

Hola Vicente, Para poder añadir una ligadura a una nota, debes primero que todo tener seleccionado en la barra superior de selección de pista el track que quieres editar. Luego en el area de edición de notación, da click derecho la nota en la que empieza la ligadura y dentro del menu contextual seleccionar Modo Editable; al activar esto se activara el modo de edición de notación. De nuevo, selecciona la primera nota ligada y con click derecho selecciona Notación Símbolos -> Suelto, veras un menu donde estará la opción de ligadura de primer lugar seleccionada, justo abajo en el cuadro de Duración del evento, inserta en Tiempo la cantidad de tiempos hacia adelante que va a tomar la ligadura, como se ve en la imagen al poner 2 tiempos toma 2 notas; Ya al haber puesto la cantidad de tiempos le das a Insertar Evento. Si deseas una explicación más detallada en el manual del programa esta explicado a detalle que hace cada función y cada símbolo disponible
