A small instrumental I assembled in Logic Pro featuring a faux choir backing a wistful "Gypsy" fiddle. It has an old-timey feel to it and, I think, a lot of heart in that fiddle part. Really, the section at 1:36 makes me want to cry.

Sandbox Angel

I had everything I needed except a bass, and for that I turned to Band-in-a-Box.

Mark,
Unusual sounding track. Not my type of music, but I found it interesting. Good effort.
Thank you for sharing.

The 1st couple of fiddle notes sounded more sax like.
Once the fiddle gets going it's a cool thing.

Intriguing soundscape, and just a plain cool listen. I like the complexity and the whimsy of the production.

Thanks for the eyes and ears and thoughts, folks, your interest is much appreciated. I’m trying to make my way out of an extended non-musical state, and this 3-4 year old pre-BIAB piece was available as a BIAB upgrade project.

Thanks for the kindness and the image… now I’m seeing something Nutcrackerish and musicboxy when I listen.

Cool, Mark. It starts out like background music for a scary movie (maybe my granddaughter has me watching too many of those), then it turns into a glorious story populated by animation characters. I really enjoyed this a lot. Quite creative.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Hey, thanks, Marty. I don't hear the horror, myself, but I'm happy to scare people if I can! Glad you enjoyed and mondo thanks again for the comment.

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.

Sounds good Mark.
An unusual start but this thing really cooks once it gets going.
I can picture this as a song for a figure skater!
An interesting and great work.
Keep up the good work.

Today I bought a doughnut without the sprinkles. Diets are hard!

Kinda avant-garde, I like that.
Unusual, but very interesting.
Was fun to listen to.
