I have RX 570 GPU that was running a bit high, about 51C at idle.
In installed "Speed Fan" but I can not control the other case fans. Anything better?

Usually, the card manufacturer will provide its own software to control fan speed, overclocking, etc.
EDIT: Apologies, I assumed you meant video card fans......

Looks like if you install the AMD Adrenalin 23.4.1 software, you can control the fans of the video card.
For my video card use, the GPU fans are enough to keep the overall PC temps down since the GPU is the hot spot.

Thanks Steve. I was able to find the fan control for the GPU in Adrenalin.
LOL...Now my wife said the fans stopped working in the greenhouse.
