A good number of BiaB users use a different DAW for various reasons. I vote to keep BiaB and RB separate. Have you ever noticed there are no lines to a bathroom at a water park? 64 bit Win 10 Pro, the latest BiaB/RB, Roland Octa-Capture audio interface, a ton of software/hardware
