Is there a way to download the whole program real styles and all like I do with the hard drive with no problems, or should I wait until who knows when the hard drive gets here. I don't want to do copy and paste because I never did and don't know how, lol. I just want to do it like always before.

There is a Download & Install Manager available from PG Music You enter your Download URL that you should have received when you purchased the upgrade. It should take care of the rest in terms of knowing what you have and downloading everything and optionally automatically installing everything for you. The Download Manager is available from this link.Hope this helps. I'm puzzled why your hard drive order hasn't been delivered.

They say they are backed up on the phone. I have never had this happen in well over 10 years and it's starting to get me upset.

They say they are backed up on the phone. I have never had this happen in well over 10 years and it's starting to get me upset. Steve, we want to help, but need more detail. "They say they are backed up on the phone." Is your music being backed up somewhere (saved) onto your phone, or do you mean that during a phone conversation with PG Music they advised that there is a delay causing a backup of delivery? Have you tried the Download / Install Manager suggestion I made? I think that might resolve all of your issues. I hope so.

Is there a way to download the whole program real styles and all like I do with the hard drive with no problems, I used the Download and Install manager provided. Though I had never used it before ... it was easy to use and worked well. Formatted some old 500 gb laptop hard drives and made 2 copies of all files. ( separate days ) Did take 2 or 3 hours.

I've been impressed with just how good the Install Manager works. It is pretty much a set it and forget it affair. I especially like how I can direct it to look at a specific install and it will let me know if a file update is available. I run the Install Manager about once a month for just that reason. +++ Install Manager for Windows ++++++ Install Manager for Macintosh +++

I got the install to work and I think I did it ok, lol. I would still like the hard drive I ordered, Tuesday it will be three weeks since my order. In forever years this has never happened, unless it has something to do tariffs, which I won't even talk about. I have been with PG Music for over 20 years, all the way back to 3.5 floppy discs, but this is crazy to me.

OK, well I'm guessing that this is a great result (so far).
However, I do wonder why at nearly 3 weeks your hard drive still hasn't shipped, even when you've contacted support and made inquiries.

I received my hard drive today (Monday, December 22). The drive shipping date was December 15. The drive was shipped from Victoria, Canada.

I got the drive in the mail today, it shipped usps on 12-15-25. I have always got it ups air. things must have changed. I never had a notice like before so did not know it was even coming. So there it was in the mailbox, what the heck happened here!!!!! It was three weeks today when I placed the order nice surprise but what in the world happened. there was never a notice in my e-mail. Good surprise on Christmas Eve but what happened here!!!!!

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
