OP Steve Oakes Enthusiast S Joined: Sep 2025 Posts: 24 UK	I'm trying to loop a track of audio I have recorded myself on a guitar. I`ve highlighted the section of audio within the track that I want to loop and clicked on "loop selected area" It sort of loops but still plays the count in and then continues to play other tracks for a bar after the selected section and then loops back but once again loops the click intro. I'm thinking there must be a setting somewhere but I can't find it. Can anyone help? BIAB 2025 Pro Windows 11 64 bit on Acer Vero Laptop

In BIAB, the looping that you are referring to is for BIAB to loop a previously set number bars. This kind of looping is designed for practice purposes. Is this the kind of looping you had in mind or are you after a guitar loop that will play throughout the whole as part of the accompaniment? --Noel MY SONGS... Check your configuration on this setting: BIAB & RB2026 Win.(Audiophile), Windows 10 Pro & Windows 11, Cakewalk Bandlab, Izotope Prod.Bundle, Roland RD-1000, Synthogy Ivory, Session Keys Grand S & Electric R, Kontakt, Focusrite 18i20, KetronSD2, NS40M, Pioneer Active Monitors.

BIAB & RB2026 Win.(Audiophile), Windows 10 Pro & Windows 11, Cakewalk Bandlab, Izotope Prod.Bundle, Roland RD-1000, Synthogy Ivory, Session Keys Grand S & Electric R, Kontakt, Focusrite 18i20, KetronSD2, NS40M, Pioneer Active Monitors.

OP Steve Oakes Enthusiast S Joined: Sep 2025 Posts: 24 UK	thanks for the replies. I'm pretty new to BIAB and I'm trying to help a non tech friend to use the software. I'm tring to loop a 6 bar track I have recorded on guitar which I want to repeat throughout the 60 bar song. This is just to save time and not record the full 60 bars on my guitar. Perhaps I'm being lazy but I feel that this software must be able to do that? Edit I've had another go and I can get the 6 barr section to loop BUT it loops all the other tracks too.
