G'day
I have BIAB Midi Sync turned on.
I have BIAB ports running out to Bus 1, or BIAB virtual output.
I have Logic Express waiting for SMPTE ... but it never syncs up with BIAB.
So ... is this setup possible and if so has anyone here done it, and how?

I think that the BiaB MIDI sync is based on MTC (MIDI Time Code) and not on SMPTE...
You may find it a lot easier to simply work up the song in BiaB standalone, then export as MIDI or MIDI plus Audio tracks, if RealTracks are involved, then Import those tracks into Logic Express to continue working on it from there.

I use MTC and SMPTE together in my home studio but to make it work, you have to have a SMPTE to MTC converter, and at least the ones that I have aren't cheap since they are built into some expensive MIDI interfaces like MOTU AV Timepiece.
