Need your help, please.
Just downloaded and installed the new RT. However when I choose styles with the new tracks, or the new instruments, I get the message: "XX not found ..."
The new tracks are in the BB folder, the are available (visible) in the stylepicker, but anyway?
Any Ideas.

Did you rebuild your libraries? I am a newbie so its a guess

Yes, I installed the 2010.5 patch to both BIAB ansd RB, and also the RT 1-82 update patch. Strange, because the RT are in the BB folder but not recognized?

Hello Jan,
What's an example of a message you get? i.e. what is the "xx"?
Are you sure you selected the correct RealTracks folder when you installed them? Try running one of the RT installers again and see what it says for the location of your RealTracks folder.

Hello Andrew
The "Yellow" message I get is: "RT not found". What I have done is a reinstallation of the BIAB program - a reinstallation of some of the new reql tracks.The new tracks are installed in the right BB folder together with the rest of my RT.
Funny thing is that the new styles are visible in the style picker window, but in the window where you can choose the various instrument all the new tracks are N/A.
Hope it make sense - the explanation ;-)

In the RealTracks window (where they are listed as N/A), does it say:
"N/A (xxx.ST2 not in BB)" This means that the RealTracks folder is present (e.g. \bb\RealTracks\Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming Ev 085), but the .ST2 file is missing from \bb.
Or does it say:
"N/A (RT Folder)". This means that the .ST2 file is located correctly in the bb folder (e.g. \bb\RAcG.ST2) but the Guitar, Acoustic... folder is missing from \bb\RealTracks. In this case, you selected the correct Band-in-a-Box folder when you installed, but not the correct location of your RealTracks folder, so they got put in the wrong spot. You can find out where they are by running one of the RealTracks installers again and looking at the destination directory. It will remember where they got installed. Compare that with your RealTracks folder you have set in Band-in-a-Box. If you aren't using a custom folder location, your RealTracks folder is located in your Band-in-a-Box folder (wherever you are running bbw.exe from) by default. If you are using a custom folder location, then your RealTracks folder could be anywhere - check in the RealTracks Settings window.
Or does it just say "N/A"? This means that both the ST2 and RT folder are missing.

Try searching your computer for "realtracks" it might be that you have unintentionally stored your real tracks in two places

Hello Jan,
It is strange that you have the .STY files but not the .ST2 files, since they are both installed to the main bb folder. And you have the RealTracks folder. I don't know why that would be, unless you manually moved files around after installing. Maybe, just try reinstalling a couple of sets paying attention to the install locations, and hopefully that will solve the problem.
