Hello all. I installed 2010.5 over Build 16 and now I can't locate the songs I save and created. I installed build 19 on the hard drive and on the external disk. Ok., I failed to save the songs prior to installation. Is there a way to locate the songs or do I have to start over again?

Hello,
Simply installing Band-in-a-Box 2010.5 (build 19) wouldn't have deleted your files. They must be there somewhere unless they were deleted some other way. If you can recall all or part of a filename for one of the songs, try typing that in the search box in Finder (search on 'this Mac'). Also, check to make sure they aren't in the Trash. If you don't know any filename, try searching for .sgu or .mgu, then sort the found files by Date Modified...

Not that i work at selling this free software but try this mac application it is the easiest way to find any file: EasyFind 4.5 http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/11076/easyfind

Thanks all. My bad. My songs were located on the BIAB Hard Disk and not the computer. I Guess I was tired when I attempted to do the search. Thanks again. All is well. :0)
