Jag har jobbat med språköversättningarna av dessa program i 3 år nu. Det vore kul och bra för mig att höra hur ni använder BIAB och Realband. T.ex om ni gör egna låtar, spelar med programmen live på scen, gör färdiga musikproduktioner (skapar musiken, exporterar den till andra program som sedan leder till en färdig CD,) övar låtar (jazz/rock/klassiska standards, övar på ackordprogressioner inom jazz/rock). Övar gehör/teori m.m med de inbyggda programmen. Själv använder jag programmen oftast i undervisning med elever, men även till egen övning på jazzstandards exempelvis, har även använt det live på scen.
Jag har säkert glömt eller inte tänkt på användningsområden för dessa fantastiska program.
Som sagt, berätta gärna hur ni använder programmen, vad som de är bra på och mindre bra på. Önskemål i kommande versioner m.m. Synpunkter och förslag på översättningarna m.m.

Jag använder mig av BIAB som ett komplement till mitt komponerande. Istället för att spendera tid med att arrangera bas, gitarr, piano, etc så trycker jag fram ett färdigt arrangemang på nolltid. Oerhört tidsbesparande! Tidigare använde jag mig av färdiga keyboard-arr, men BIAB är mycket behändigare. Sedan kör jag in det i Logic och försöker arbeta upp ett resultat som låter OK. (Hade jag vetat om Realband hade jag kanske aldrig köpt Logic.)
Positivt med BAIB är flexibiliteten, att t ex trycka fram ett pianospel som låter underbart och köra in det i en ballad, kunna mixtra friskt bland genrer och instrument. Gillar också dess komp-gitarrer! Och trummorna är mycket, mycket enklare att jobba med en all världens trummoduler. Med BIAB:s trummor behöver man ju inte göra ett dyft! Allt är redan på plats! Bara det är värt hela BIAB:s pris!
Vad som är mindre positivt är att det känns lite rörigt, en massa knappar hit och dit. Layouten är inte någon höjdare heller. Skulle behövas en rejäl uppfriskning! Känns 90-tal...
Förslag på kommande versioner skulle bl a vara bättre avdelning för klassiska arrangemang, skulle vara underbart att komponera med riktiga instrument i den klassiska genren. Det som finns idag känns verkligen nödtorftigt. En översättning till Mac-versionen vore inte helt fel, även om engelskan som används är rätt enkel. Sedan skulle man kanske kunna skala av en massa MIDI-ljud som bara är i vägen och som knappast någon är intresserad av idag. Och så fler Real Tracks förstås!

Hej
Tack för dina synpunkter och önskemål. Jag håller med dig om att layouten är lite rörig med många knappar och menyer som fyller samma ändamål. RealTracks i Klassisk genre vore önskvärt, tycker jag med. Jag kan samla ihop lite feedback och önskemål från fler användare (om det kommer in fler) och sedan vidarebefordra till PGMusic, så får vi se vad kommande versioner har för nyheter.
