Hi,
is there any way to edit a Real Track??
I found this great 12/8 piano real track. While it plays arpeggio's , it works perfectly with the song I want to use it with, but all of a sudden it will deviate from arpeggio's & play chords. Not so good.
With the midi version tracks I used to edit the style by either doing a copy of the style & removing the parts I didn't want BIAB to play & save it as a userstyle. My other option was to alter the weight in options.
Is there any way of getting a real track to play the parts one wants.

I think the answer is No. But you should make a request for the exact style you want in the Styles Wishlist.
However, if you press Play repeatedly and regenerate the part, you might get lucky and hit one that is closer to what you want, then freeze it. And I think if you go into RealBand, you can regenerate parts of a track.

Go to RealBand and either generate specific sections or cut and paste the desired parts.

I suppose it never hurts to make a Wish List request.
I had actually tried Real Band cut & paste, but it left me with awful glitches. Unfotunately bit too noticeable since the piano arpeggio was the dominant track. Maybe I need to be extra careful with the cut & paste I make.
Also tried regenerating a specific part ie the first 4 bars were great, so I tried to regenerate from bar 5 onwards, but the whole track regenerated from the beggining.
I just assumed maybe this function only worked with midi tracks.
I'll give it another go, just in case I was doing something wrong with the setting. It's been a while since I used Real Band & then only ever with midi tracks.

Thanks Guys,
update.
I was doing something wrong when I tried to regenerate specific sections.
Silly me was forgetting I had hilight the section I wanted to regenerate, instead I was altering the bar no's for start & end of chorus ( which is the way my other sequencer works, when I want to alter something.).
Thank you, this has now made the real track useable for the song.
