I'm talkin' Jean Michel Jarre, Tangs/Klaus Schulze, Larry Fast, Michael Hönig, Marek Bielinski, Vangelis, Kitaro, Kraftwerk, et al. If you recognize these, you can think of more. I'm looking for inspiration and beds for my brand of electroblues. Who has them or can point me to some?

This type of stuff, to me, is more of a programmed sequence in blocks, as opposed to 'styles'. I have sequences in this vein, but not any styles.. most of them would have to be transferred from the W-30 workstation sequencer (if the floppies are still good). I may have a few on a disks somewhere around here. So the effort wouldn't result in a style, but I can relate to what you are looking for. Come to think of it, there is a hard drive laying around here with a bunch of those types of sequences. They are all originals and quite a few of them. They even have the sysex and patch change info for the equipment used at the time. <grin> Got an FX-500, Se-50, Juno 106, Korg poly800, and W-30 available? ... now you probably appreciate the previous silence.. BTW I have everything but the poly800 in the house still. I *never* sell equipment. Drives the wife nuts.  /*Kids like it though, they got awesome monitors in their bedroom.. for now*\

Seems to me you may want to try Ableton Live. I`d say that program allows you to achieve results with that kind of music as swiftly as BIAB does with classic song style.
However, you don`t have the ability to enter chords in the same way, AFAIK.
