Has anyone found a way to produce a ritard? I entered "ritard" in search and found nothing...

Yes. Use the F5 key and enter a change in the tempo. You can change to a new tempo each bar, or indicate a percentage change. This assumes your version of BIAB is fairly recent.
For help, look for "Tempo changes at bar".

Unfortunately while you can change the tempo on each bar, it makes a crude ritardando. Exporting the file to a sequencer (Power Tracks, Sonar, etc.) can produce a much better rit.

Notes is correct. Using the percentage change feature, the tempo will be changed at each bar, not within it. Still, we were very pleased when this feature was introduced a few years ago.
