Song with 2 Choruses: Is It Possible To modify ( add or remove chords in second chorus only ) without affecting the first chorus chord arrangement ? Thanks guys P.S. I need more than 255 bars....

One option is to use RealBand, which does not have the 255 bar limit.
In your song, is there any section where you could use repeats or a tag to shorten the number of bars, or are all bars unique?

No the bars are not really unique. It's just that I need eight bars to repeat at the end of the song. I can't figure out how to do this....  I need about 270 bars to do what I need to do. I am using 240 bars and thought that I could add another chorus and cut the excess bars past the 270 bars. But realized that cutting these bars would also be cut from the 1st chorus. I don't really know how to use Realband.

Repeats are easily done using the Repeats/Endings dialog - the button is on the middle toolbar. If you can't figure it out, the FAQ covers it found at this link: http://www.pgmusic.com/tutorial_repeats.htm#repeatR
