Hi
Been playing with BIAB 2012 for a couple of days & have been trying to find "Amplitube". Is this a plugin?
I open the new mixer & the plugin column is empty. Not even the word "None" as in the other four columns. I'm using the hard drive version. I have tried following the instructions in the PDF & the new features manual. One message said files should be found on C\: Program Files, but I couldn't find anything there. I have not downloaded BIAB to the C drive, Am using USB ports. Sure having fun though. Love BIAB....Hank

Read install instructions "Read Me" file in Amplitube folder. You have to install the app and its vst.dll, then go get an account with the vendor and obtain a serial number and then insert the plugin at which time it will ask for the serial number then your done. Kind of tricky.

In the BIAB 2012 folder there is a folder called "Amplitube_3_3". In there is a ziped folder of the same name. In that is the Readme.txt file along with the install.exe file, Can you find these.

Great, did you get it registered and functioning? I got this email this morning from IK Multimedia team

"You have already requested 1 authorization code for this product. You are allowed to receive up to 5 authorization codes for this product."

Cool, so I can register on my laptop as well as my desktop.

John! I pass London on the good old 401 now & then. I'm gonna stop by one day & tweek your ear.(or something) I lived in London ON in the 50's. Worked on Clarence St. just off Dundas so know London like the back of my hand so I will find you! ...Hank...Love this forum & it's folks.
One more Question r/e AmpliTube installation. Do I install to "C" drive or BIAB USB drive which is designated as "K"? I sure hope this isn't a dumb question....Hank

Cool Hank. The wife works sort of at that corner in what was the DAA building and the Veterans Affairs before that. (Beside Novaks)

I manage a building sometimes on Clarence and Dundas.

Ottawa vrs London. Drop the 67's name, that one bugs me.

Hank,

Log into your account at IK Multimedia. Then go to "User area" (top menu) and then select "Authorizations" from the options that appear. The serial number will be listed against "AmpliTube".

Noel
